BEAUTIFULLY INTUITIVE
One of our first projects when establishing Ruark Audio was to design an easy to use control system. The result is our trademark RotoDial controller. With the introduction of R1 Mk3 we made our RotoDial controller even better and now whether you own R1, R2, R4 or even R7 you will intuitively know how to use each due to the similarity of their operation.
GREAT CONNECTIVITY
Voice control and streaming devices from the likes of Amazon and Google are fascinating technologies, but deciding which may be right for you and which will stand the test of time can be daunting. This is a key reason why all our products feature Bluetooth and auxiliary inputs, so devices such as these can easily be connected and enjoyed with our products class leading sound. Also as these technologies change (which it is bound to) then it is easy for you to upgrade as required.
BACKPACK II
Combine R1 with our optional BackPack II and you will be able to enjoy R1 away from mains power. Placing batteries inside R1 would steal valuable speaker capacity, but BackPack II allows R1 to retain its rich mains powered performance with the benefit of complete portability.
A total evolution of the original, BackPack II attaches seamlessly to R1 and once fitted can be left permanently in place as it charges automatically whenever mains power is re-applied. A full charge will provide up to twelve hours of mains free listening depending on volume.
BackPack II is also compatible with our MR1 Bluetooth Speaker System.
