Here’s where you can find information about your order's shipping & tracking.

After we receive your order, our Customer Services Team will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.

As soon as your order is ready for shipping, our Custom Services Team will send you a confirmation email, confirming the actual shipping method and (if appropriate) the Courier or Australia Post's Tracking Number.

Track your order:

  • Log in to your Pacific Hi Fi account (if you haven’t already) and open your Pacific Hi Fi order history
  • Search your list of orders and find the one you want to track.
  • Click View Order.
  • Under Status/Comments, check the tracking number.

If you can find your Pacific Hi Fi order emails in your inbox, you can check your order status from the email instead.

Find out when your order will ship:
Check the "Ships by" date on your My Orders page or your confirmation email. Your order usually takes 1-5 business days to process before it's shipped. It sometimes takes longer if order volume is high.

If your tracking number doesn't show shipping information after 1 business day, contact our Customer Services Team.

How long your delivery takes

We can't guarantee the delivery times you'll find on this page, but they're good estimates of how long it should take for your order to reach you.

Here is how our order process works:

  1. Order a product on Pacific Hi Fi
  2. Order is processed (Leaves warehouse in 1-5 business days)
  3. Order is shipped (Shiping time varies by selected shipping method)
  4. Order arrives at shipping address


Business days: Monday - Friday. (Except public holidays)

Shipping options: Your delivery time and shipping costs depend on where you live.

If you need goods delivered by a particular deadline, we will do our best to accomodate your needs. This could affect the final freight cost.

Our Showroom and Warehouse is located at 62 Macquarie St, Liverpool; NSW 2170 and mostly goods will pack and ship from here. Occasionaly we will arrange shipping from other warehouses around Australia. At all times our Customer Service Team Member will keep you informed.

Your ordered product's weight also affects shipping cost.

Where you live: Your shipping address makes a difference to delivery times.

Delivery to Business Address is preffered: All deliveries are carried out by Couriers or Australia post and there must be an adult available to sign for the goods.

My order has been delivered but I can't find it. Where is my order?

If you can't locate a package that has been delivered, check your tracking information for delivery details or see if someone else accepted your delivery. If you still can’t find your package, contact your shipping provider.
