The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by Sanstat Pty Ltd. or an Australian Court of Law.  Should the Terms of Use be terminated in full or part then the legal impositions of terms of the site shall endure.

Should any part of the Terms of Use be unenforceable then this shall not affect the remaining portions and all such remaining portions shall survive in their entirety

In the event of termination, users are no longer authorised to access the web site, but all restrictions imposed on the user, licenses granted by the user and all The Site disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use shall survive.
