Pacific Hi-Fi have also been Winners of the Excellence in Customer Service, Small Business Awards for the City of Liverpool in 1996, 1997, 1999 & 2001. Over the years our team has won 6 Customer Service Awards and several "Best Trainee Awards" including the recent NSW WRAPS Awards with 1st place in Certificate Level 3 and 1st again in Certificate Level 2. A “mystery shopper” who called into the business unannounced judged the award. Pacific Hi Fi scored a 100% tally.
