Business awards achieved by Pacific Hi Fi


Since 1988 Pacific Hi Fi has been extremely successful in helping customers get the quality Sound and Vision Systems they want. We sincerely thank all our loyal customers.

The Champions of Champions is one of the largest Small Business Awards programs in Australia. It aims to:

  • Acknowledge the vision, dedication, and outstanding level of customer service of successful small businesses;

  • Assist with the development of the small business sector by providing new targets and greater goals;

  • Provide finalists and winners with marketing opportunities enabling them to spread their reputation across a broader area; and

  • Provide both corporate and government sectors with a forum to develop relationships with small businesses.

The Small Business Awards Champion of Champions has become the highest acknowledgment that a small business can aspire to. On the 30th of May 2001, Champion of Champions Awards,  was held at Sydney Superdome. Pacific Hi-Fi won the Award for Best Furniture, Computer or Electrical Store. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continuing support throughout the year.

Pacific Hi-Fi has yet again won this prestigious award. The award was presented at a gala dinner at the Sydney SuperDome on the 31st of May 2002. The presentation evening brought together an array of special guests and entertainers to recognise small businesses. Guest of Honour for the evening was Australian Prime Minister, The Hon. John Howard.

With the Liverpool Business Awards in its thirteenth year, Pacific Hi-Fi was presented with the award on Friday 23rd November 2001 in the category of Retail Excellence Greater than 10 Employees. The nominations are judged by an independent panel based on the completed nomination forms. Pacific Hi Fi with their determination and love of Retail Audio & Visual solutions were able to do it once again with the help of all their great clientele.

Pacific Hi-Fi have also been Winners of the Excellence in Customer Service, Small Business Awards for the City of Liverpool in 1996, 1997, 1999 & 2001.

Over the years our team has won 6 Customer Service Awards and several "Best Trainee Awards" including the recent NSW WRAPS Awards with 1st place in Certificate Level 3 and 1st again in Certificate Level 2. A “mystery shopper” who called into the business unannounced judged the award.  Pacific Hi Fi scored a 100% tally.
